On discipline, hot towels

It started with one chair in Isleworth, opened three weeks before the country shut in March 2020. We reopened with the same clipper kit, the same hot-towel cabinet, and a queue down the pavement.

Word travelled. Brentford followed, then Whitton, then Teddington. Four shops now, run on one playbook. Same prices, same crew standard, same idea: a cut should leave a man a little more himself than when he sat down.

No two-tier service, no rushing the meter. If a cut takes longer, that’s on us.

Do I need to book, or can I just walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome every day at all four shops. If you want a set time or a particular barber, book on Booksy and the chair is held for you.

How long will I wait if I walk in?

It depends on the shop and the time of day. If you’d rather not wait at all, book a slot: it takes a few taps, and the shop list above shows which chairs are open right now.

Are the prices the same at every shop?

Yes. Haircuts are £17 and skin fades £20 at Isleworth, Brentford, Whitton and Teddington. The full price list is the same board in every shop.

Can I pay by card?

Cash and card are both taken at every shop.

Do you cut kids’ hair?
